Inspired by early folk and blues legends of the 60s and 70s, Scott James Rivers (Fishbone Rivers) grew with the folk/blues/rock music of that era, writing songs, traveling the country, and playing at clubs and coffee houses. Scott was raised in a musical family and received his music education at Costa Mesa College. Besides his travels Scott was born and raised in the Los Angeles area where he played a variety of LA venues over the years. Currently living in San Diego where he has settled into his own songwriting groove, writing, producing, and performing original songs.
